To receive your eating program please request a trial lesson first. After the trial lesson, please request a full lesson 24 hours or more after your trial lesson.

During the trial lesson:
We will discuss your current eating habits, activity levels, and nutritional requirements. I will use this information to provide a personal eating program based on your needs. I will also quickly explain why healthy nutrition is so important.To receive your eating program please request a trial lesson first. During the lesson:
Using the information from your trial lesson, I will create a fun and easy-to-follow 7-day diet for you. In this lesson, I will give you your meal plan. The plan will be based on a healthy, balanced life and not on starving you and forcing you to eat things that you do not like. I will explain the meal plan to you so that you know how it works and why we eat certain foods and avoid others. This will help you adapt the program as necessary in the future.
The best diets or meal plans are those that focus on the enjoyment of healthy foods. The idea is to create something fun, easy, and delicious so that you stick to the plan. You will not only eat gross food and you will not feel hungry. A healthy diet is about balance and commitment to a sustainable plan!

During the follow-up lesson:
I can check in on your progress, check how much you followed the plan (or cheated), or help you adapt the program if necessary. I can also help you check on your progress.
This lesson is focused on helping you get started towards a healthier life, but also to empower you, allowing you to better know your body and take care of your body.
