Hey everyone!

Do you ever look at what you're eating and think; I wonder what this does to my body?
If you do, then good on you!
Food is crucial to being healthy! Everything we eat contributes to our every day lifestyle and how high/low our energy levels are.

I studied nutrition at the Australian college of Natrual therapies.
This subject was not only for my academic, but just as much my lifestyle!
I found that learning a subject I can directly relate to every day life, has helped me to improve my lifestyle. I love food! Most of all I love the right type of food!

If you are looking to lose a few pounds or gain some more energy, then join me on an introduction to nutrition! 
The first step of this class will be a quick profile on your own personal diet and energy levels. Everyone is different!
The right nutrition is totally subject to your every day activities
The class will incorporate the definitions of nutrition and some foundation health topics to get you started.
My subtopics will include; hydration, fibre, good/bad fats and the importance of fruit and veggies!!
Together we will explore some easy ways to change and incorporate these new learnings into your diet. We will educate you with some one on one time, our goals are to create more energy, vitality and healthier understandings

I guarantee once you start learning about your body and the food that helps to boost your energy, you will forever look after your diet.
