We will initially discuss your preferences in terms of ingredients and any dietary restrictions etc (vegetables, meats, grains etc) as well as your health goals (weight loss, muscle gain etc).
I will then design you 3 TAILORED healthy meals to suit your goals, needs, likes and dislikes!
I am a highly qualified Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant who has been working with clients and patients for over 11 years.
You can trust me to create you HEALTHY and DELICIOUS meals which you will love!!!!
