Kursinhalt
Each lesson is tailored for each student, they are designated for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. We will begin class by stretching and with a slower cadence. We will go at the rhythm of the music while using the count 32 methodology and adding basic movements that will make the class fun, dynamic and safe. Each lesson will last 30 mins of hard work and I will motivate you to push hard!!! . You must have a stationary bike, bottle of water and be ready to get sweaty !!. Let’s ride!!
