Description
妊娠16週以降の方を対象とした、安全でやさしいマタニティヨガです。
腰痛や肩こり、むくみなど妊娠期の体の不調をやさしくケアしながら、呼吸法や出産に向けた体づくりを行います。
レッスンでは、妊婦さんの体に負担のかからないポーズに調整しながら、骨盤周り・股関節・肩甲骨を中心にストレッチを行います。
深い呼吸とゆったりした動きで、心身ともにリラックスできる時間を提供します。
