Hello

I am a Registered Massage Therapist and trained Sports Injury Therapist with over 12 years of experience helping people overcome pain and heal injuries.  

In this lesson I will teach you some techniques to help with the most common injuries people have - headaches, neck & shoulder pain, low back pain, sciatic and knee pain.

After talking about your injury and pain, I will create a custom plan of self-massage, exercise, yoga, and self-care that will help you feel better.


If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
