Do you have a rotator cuff injury, or just pain when you raise your arm in front of you and/or to the side?  If so, then this lesson is for you!

Together we will come up with a plan to heal your injury using self-massage, stretching, strengthening and yoga exercises.  I will also teach you how to change your posture, how to use ice & heat and how to position yourself in bed to manage the pain as your injury is healing.

I am a massage therapist and sports injury specialist with over 12 years of clinical experience working with athletes and active people.
