Here I will show you how to do each exercise in detial, show you what to avoid and watch out for. It all depends on what you want to achieve ( bigger muscle mass, muscle tone, speed, strength, get thinner , faster...). What exercise should be done, how fast they should be done, etc. We can talk about gym, home or outdoor workouts. I can provide you with professional insight and help you get where you want to be. :)
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
