No Equipment 15-minute Workout at Home
Kursinhalt
Getting your body to move even if it’s for 15 minutes a day is very important for your overall health. And the best part is: you don’t need anything other than your body for this workout! You can also choose the kind of workout you want to do. I offer you: ARM WORKOUT, LEG WORKOUT, CARDIO WORKOUT and COMBINED FULL BODY WORKOUT. Each starts with a couple of minutes to warm up our muscles, after which we use a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) timer to perform five different exercises, each for a period of time after which comes a period of rest time. This entire set of five exercises will be repeated three times, and the final minutes of the workout we will use to stretch and cool down our bodies. I promise you will feel great after this workout and you will know you did something good for your body!
