Nice to meet you, I am Hina, a yoga instructor⭐︎
I have been doing yoga for 8 years, and have practiced many different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Power Yoga.
From a more relaxed style of yoga to a more energetic style of yoga, I offer custom-made lessons to meet the needs of each student.
For me, practicing yoga asanas (postures) is a time to connect with my body, mind, nature, and other people. It is also a way of life off the mat, guiding me in how I interact with people, how I face myself, my values, and how I live my life.
Please allow me to share with you the stability, strength, comfort, and well-being of the mind and body, as well as the comfort and joy that yoga has given me♪

【My Experience in Yoga】
・Started practicing room temperature yoga and hot yoga 7 years ago.
・Practiced various genres of yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and more.
・Obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification (RYT200) in the summer of 2022.
・I have been teaching yoga lessons on an irregular basis.
・Started offering yoga lessons on Cafetalk from June 2023.
