Description

骨盤は身体の要となる部分です。
普段の立ち方、歩き方、座り方、姿勢などでとても歪みやすい骨盤にアプローチしていくヨガです。
まずは骨盤まわりの筋肉をほぐしてからポーズをとり、自分の力で骨盤を正しい位置に戻しやすくしていきます。
