In this lesson, we will look at the basic principles of training and fitness and how we can use these to create a fun and effective training program. 

This is a theoretical session so you won't need your training clothes and water bottle. Please bring a notebook and pen if you want to make notes. 

For who?
This lesson is for anyone that wants to learn about the background of exercise.

The goal of this lesson is to allow you to be self-sufficient when training by giving you the knowledge to:
1. Create a fun and effective workout/program.
2. Know when to train and when to rest.

After this lesson, you should be able to design effective workouts and combine them into an exercise program. Remember, it will still take practice to become a great coach or workout programmer, but this lesson will give you a great start by explaining the background and theoretical aspects of exercise.
