いつもお疲れ様です！！
デスクワークでの疲れと、立ち仕事の疲れ、接客業の疲れ・・・
それぞれ異なるからこそ、オススメのリフレッシュ方法も異なっています。
パーソナルでのヨガでは、それぞれの疲れに合わせた動きをすることができ、
それにより疲れをより一層ほぐすことができます！
まずは少しみなさんのお仕事の疲れについてお聞きしてから進めていきます。
＊クラスで大切にしていること＊
・呼吸を丁寧にとっていくこと
・生徒さんのペースを大切にしていくこと
・得られる効果も交えてお話ししていくこと
