このレッスンでは1時間かけてしっかり全身にアプローチしていきます。

上半身・下半身のトレーニングを行った後、ストレッチで筋肉をほぐしていきますので

筋肉がそのまま凝り固まることなく、美しい筋肉を手に入れることができます♪

全身痩せしたい方、代謝をあげたい方におすすめのレッスンです。
