Description

普段すごく使っているのに、あまりケアをしないのが骨盤。実はこの骨盤のゆがみが腰痛や冷え・浮腫みに繋がっているのです。

このレッスンでは、骨盤を正しい位置に戻すストレッチをした後に、骨盤~お尻をほぐしていきます。ストレッチが終わった後にみるみる身体が軽くなるのを実感してくださいね♬
