私が1日20分間、週に3~4回続けて綺麗な腹筋線ができたトレーニングです。
腹筋を鍛えることで、食べすぎてしまった日もお腹がでることがなく、細いウエストを維持することができると実感しています。
綺麗な腹筋線を作りたい方、腹筋を鍛えたい方にオススメです^^

※少々ハードなトレーニングとなりますが、生徒様のレベルに合わせてレッスン内容は適宜変更致しますので、ご安心ください!
